  • The Deputy Managing Director’s (DMD) main job responsibility is to ensure execution of overall operational activities in line with the directives of the MD in order to secure maximum profitability.
  • Ensure cost control activities; monitor revenues and expenditures in assigned areas to assure sound financial control; assure effective and efficient use of budgeted funds, materials, facilities and time.
  • Provide professional advice to the MD including financial conditions, current and future needs.
  • Ensure the preparation and submission of annual company budget and financial reports and assure that assigned areas of responsibility are performed within the approved budget.
