- QUALITY OF SERVICE: Team Lead for the coordination of quality measurement as prescribed by the UPU and coordinator for all national quality linked projects
- MAIL OPERATION: Supervision of the day to day mail operations and mail management system.
INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS: Responsible for the coordination of all internationally related affairs. (Post to Post, POC,UPU, PAPA, WAPCO)
