- The Deputy Managing Director’s (DMD) main job responsibility is to ensure execution of overall operational activities of SALPOST in line with the directives of the MD in order to secure maximum profitability.
- Ensure cost control activities; monitor revenues and expenditures in assigned areas to assure sound financial control; assure effective and efficient use of budgeted funds, materials, facilities and time.
- Provide professional advice to the MD including financial conditions, current and future needs.
- Ensure the preparation and submission of annual company budget and financial reports and assure that assigned areas of responsibility are performed within the approved budget.
